Buildathon

This is the building workshop to build robots for the VEX Competition.  An intense focus for a longer time period results in significant progress towards a capable robot.

With a focused period of time, the team can really get a lot done. We will apply the design process to guide teams to build quality robots.

In previous years we have done this with the best high school students over a 3 day weekend and called it the Robot In 3 Days or RI3D. This year we are doing a shorter version appropriate for the middle school level students. By evaluating and building a few designs we hope to arrive at the most competitive robot.
