Autodesk Fusion 360 Workshop

How to get an account to use Autodesk Fusion 360.

Here we will show you how to get a free account to use Fusion 360 by Autodesk. There are two options available to you the Education License and the personal use License.

This is the instruction for getting the Educational License. The Education License gives you full use of all the features of Fusion 360. Sometimes this takes a while to process and if your school is not on the list you may need to present proof of enrollment. Not to worry if you can not get it as the Personal Use license will allow everything you need for our workshops.

The Personal use license will allow everything you need to complete our workshops. Some of the more advanced features such as team collaboration are disabled so if you can get the educational license you should. If you later get an educational license you wil be able to use the extra features without another download.

Saving and Exporting our Project (VERY IMPORTANT) About 20 minutes
Learning About 3D Printers 20 minutes to 30 minutes
The Revolve Tool About 1 hour
Additional Build Tools
Project 2: A single Vase 30 to 45 minutes
Project 4: Your Final Project No less than 1.5 days but no more than 3 days
Project 3: A Toy Rocket Ship About 1 to 1.5 hours
